Product Description

Sometimes you just need the basics. Our processed topsoil follows the same great quality guidelines you’ve come to expect from Rice’s Nursery. And, just like our mulch, you can order online any time of day or night.

Order now and we’ll make sure you have your topsoil during one of our Friday, Saturday or Sunday delivery days. This is restricted to areas within close proximity of our nursery located in North Canton, Ohio.

Guarantee & Warranty Information

Rice's Nursery & Landscaping does not warranty the products purchased online. We are solely the distributor of many different brands, not the manufacturer. Each item's warranty will be dependent upon the individual manufacturer's warranty policy. Please refer to the item's packaging for specific information.

Shipping & Return Information

Shipping information

Rice's Nursery & Landscaping states that shipping times are 2-3 business days. Our product distributor is closed on weekends, so any orders made after 5pm Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Product returns

Please inspect the item immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged as a result of the carrier, you should refuse the delivery and contact us at 844-206-6528. All damaged/defective items need to be returned within 30 days of your order, if damage or defects are identified more than 30 days from your purchase you should contact the manufacturer.

Please contact us for all defective items or items shipped in error. Items that were shipped defective (broken or non-functional) will need to be sent back to us.

Each manufacturer has a different policy so you will need to contact us, first, to determine return instructions. Items that were shipped in error should be returned to us via a track-able shipping service. Please contact us to make arrangements at 844-206-6528.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. You are responsible for the shipping charges and a 20% restock charge. Returns must have prior approval from our office in the form of a return authorization number.

Please note that items below $100 must be returned to Rice’s Nursery with a track-able shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a track-able method of return we may not be able to process the returned item.

If the order is valued at $100 or more, please insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
