Design/Build Crew Leaders
The landscape installation crew leader is responsible for directing all installation activities.  While meeting established time lines, job specifications and ensuring the highest standard of quality and professionalism for which Rice's is renowned for.  Crew leaders must have the ability to overcome adversity, communicate clearly and have solutions to problems. 

Maintenance Crew Leaders
The maintenance crew leader is responsible for reviewing the work plan with the maintenance supervisor, directing and performing all maintenance activities in accordance with pre-established specifications, procedures and standards of quality.
